Games for the people, by the people, VR enthusiasts and creators at the forefront of development.
Panic Point Games was founded in 2020 by Reef Flint as an independent studio focused on creating immersive, player-driven experiences without creative compromise.
Reef began working in the gaming industry at the age of 14, assembling and leading an international development team spanning the United States and Norway to design and operate custom game servers for popular online titles. That collaboration evolved into advanced mod development, bespoke gameplay systems tailored directly to a growing community.

In 2023, Reef moved beyond adapting and expanding on other people's projects to focus on developing original intellectual property. With a clear vision and a desire to build meaningful games rather than short-term cash grabs, the studio was formally built out, recruiting talented developers, artists, designers and specialists from across multiple disciplines and countries.
This global, remote-first approach lets Panic Point Games combine diverse creative perspectives with strong technical expertise, all aligned around a shared goal: building ambitious, original games driven by passion. Alongside development, the studio actively contributes to VR community charity initiatives and fundraising that gives back to the wider ecosystem.
Reef Flint establishes the studio to build original, player-driven experiences without compromise.
The studio pivots away from adapting other projects and commits to developing its own intellectual property.
Three years of planning a large long-term project leads to recruiting developers, artists, designers and specialists worldwide.
We start working alongside Kerag, the creator of CryoDeath, preserving his vision while helping the game grow through playtesting and feedback. What began as a collaboration became a partnership, and CryoDeath is transformed together.
CryoDeath comes to the Meta Quest Store (planned October), and multiple new VR titles move through development throughout the year.

We're always looking for passionate developers, artists and partners who care about craft.
