For solo & small-team developers

You built it.
Let's help you
finish it.

Developing a game alone is brutal, and most of the hard parts have nothing to do with making the game. We handle the business side, the marketing, launch, community and commercial noise most solo devs dread, so you can spend your time on what you love and build the best experience possible.

Why partner with us

A real team
behind your name

We were solo once too. Panic Point Games grew from custom servers and mods into a global, remote-first studio, and we know exactly where independent projects stall: the last 20%, the launch, the porting, the marketing, the business side.

Bring us your original IP and we bring the disciplines, the pipeline and the community around it. You keep your creative vision. We help it reach players, built with care and never treated as a short-term cash grab.

Case study · CryoDeath VR

Shipped solo.
Re-launched together.

CryoDeath was built over four years by Kerag, a solo developer from Estonia, with a deeply personal and technically ambitious vision. It first launched on Steam in February 2024. In 2025 Kerag joined Panic Point Games as Partner and VR Development Lead.

Through the partnership the game was re-launched on 13 December, lifting both wishlists and sales, with a Meta Quest standalone edition on the way. That's what plugging a solo project into a real team looks like.

300%+
Revenue growth since the re-launch
200%+
Wishlist growth since the re-launch

Measured against CryoDeath's own baseline in the period before the 13 December re-launch, on a title that had already been on Steam since February 2024. Future platform releases and ports are not included.

Run your studio on Ravon

Developers we work with get our own studio platform. Tickets, announcements, giveaways and key delivery, project boards, playtests, releases and a community hub, the same tools we use, so you can run your project like a studio from day one.

Step 01

Pitch your project

Tell us what you're building, whether a build, a trailer, a design doc or whatever you have. We look at original IP with a clear vision.

Step 02

We assess the fit

We review scope, ambition and where you are. If it's a fit, we map out exactly what your project needs to reach players.

Step 03

Partnership terms

A fair, revenue-share partnership. You keep your creative vision; we align on scope, roles and a realistic path to launch.

Step 04

Plug into the team & tools

Our disciplines and pipeline get behind your project, and you run it on Ravon alongside our developers.

Step 05

Ship & grow

We take it through release, porting and the ongoing free updates and community work that keep a game alive.

What we look for

  • Original IP, your own game, not a clone or a reskin.
  • A clear vision, you know what you're making and why.
  • Real progress, a playable build, prototype or strong vertical slice.
  • Atmosphere & craft, a love of immersive, player-driven experiences.
  • VR or flatscreen, we work across both.

The questions every developer asks

Do I keep my game and IP?

Yes, completely. You keep full ownership of your game and all its intellectual property. We only use your assets, like your name, art and trailers, to market and publish it.

Do I keep creative control?

Always. It's your game and your vision. We protect what makes it special and help it reach players, we never take it over.

What does it cost me?

Nothing upfront. We only earn when your game does, so we're backing you to succeed from day one.

What do you actually do?

Everything most solo devs don't enjoy or don't have time for, the whole business side. Marketing, store pages, creator outreach, community, launch and the commercial noise, so you can focus on building the best experience possible. Where it helps, we get stuck into design and direction too.

What stage does my game need to be at?

We look for original IP with a clear vision and real progress, a playable build, prototype or strong vertical slice. From there we help you get it in front of players.

Who will I be working with?

Reef, our founder, directly, not a faceless account manager. Pitch your project below and we'll set up a call to talk it through.
