Ravon hosts your own Discord bot and gives your team one place to run playtests, support tickets, giveaways, game keys, announcements and role panels.
No card needed during testing · connect your own bot · nothing to install
A small team ends up stitching these together by hand. Things slip between the cracks, and players are the ones who notice.
Each job is its own clear workflow, all running through the one bot your members already see in your server.
Make an application and bot in the Discord Developer Portal. We walk you through it.
Add the token, invite the bot to your server, and let Ravon check the permissions it needs.
Put up ticket panels, role panels, playtest forms and announcements from the dashboard.
Manage everything from one workspace, without hosting or babysitting the bot yourself.
Modular by design. Switch on what you need and ignore the rest.
Players open a ticket from your server. The bot DMs them, your staff read, assign and reply from Ravon, and the whole conversation is saved.
Everything happens under your brand, in your server, through your application. We handle the hosting so there is nothing for you to run.
Import your keys, run a giveaway, pick winners and deliver each reward by DM. Keys stay masked, and delivery is confirmed before send.
Write, preview, schedule and publish Discord posts. Reuse templates for patch notes and events instead of rewriting them each time.
Reaction-role panels your members use themselves, plus basic moderation through the connected bot with a mod-log.
Application forms, tester review with accept or reject reasons, key and instruction delivery, then structured feedback collection.
Also included: project boards, a planning canvas and roadmap tools for your team. Supporting tools alongside the Discord work, not the headline.
Ravon's panels go out as ordinary Discord messages with working buttons, posted by your bot. Below is an illustration of the kind of post a member sees.
Billing is switched off while Ravon is in testing. Plan limits and included modules still apply, so you can see exactly what you would be paying for. These are the prices when billing turns on.

You can change plan at any time from Manage Membership. Current plans and limits are always listed on ravoncore.com/pricing.
Ravon is in early access and under active development. We are building it alongside the studios testing it, which means you will hit rough edges. It also means the things you report get fixed.
Panic Point Games runs its own community on Ravon. It is the same platform, not a demo version.
There is nothing to install or maintain. Each studio's workspace is isolated, so one workspace can never see another's, and actions are recorded in a full audit log.
Your bot stays yours. It is your Discord application and your token, and you can disconnect it whenever you want.
No. You create the Discord application, and Ravon runs the bot for you. There is no server to rent and nothing to keep online.
Yes. Billing is off during testing and no card is needed. Plan limits and included modules still apply, so pick the plan you actually want to try.
Yours. Members see your studio's name and avatar, not ours. If you leave, you disconnect the token and the bot is simply no longer hosted by us.
No, and we would rather say so. Ravon is in active development. The Discord workflows are what we use daily; other areas are still being built out.
Solo developers and small game teams running a community on Discord, and the server owners and mod teams who help them run it.
Every workspace has a Support section built in. Raise a request there and it comes straight to us, with the full thread kept against your studio. Or just ask in our Discord. Either way you are talking to the people building it, not a support queue.
Connect your bot and run your first ticket panel today. Free while we finish the core, no card needed.
